The results from the 6th Round of the NJ SREC-II Based Financing Program have been announced by the NJ Board of Public Utilities.  In this round, 39 bids were received by the Solicitation Manager for a total of 15,703 kW.  A total of 19 bid awards were made for a total of 11,673.49 kW, as follows:

Segment 1. Residential and Small Commercial (50 kW and below):

  • 29 bids were received, totaling 535.07 kW
  • 9 bid awards were made, totaling 272.03 kW
  • 20 bids were rejected because the pricing was found not to be competitive
  • The average accepted price per SREC in Segment 1 was $154.99

 Segment 2. Residential & Small Commercial (Greater than 50 kW):

  • 19 bids were received, totaling 10,503.93 kW
  • 9 bid awards were made, totaling 6,201.46 kW
  • 8 bids were rejected because the pricing was found not to be competitive
  • 2 bids were rejected because the developer exceeded its Segment cap
  • The average accepted price per SREC in Segment 2 was $156.66

Segment 3. Subsection t. Landfills, Brownfields, or Areas of Historic Fill (Up to 5.2 MW):

  • 1 bid was received, totaling 5,200 kW
  • 1 bid award was made, totaling 5,200 kW
